What should I include in my support email?

When sending an email to Pharmagraph requesting support please try to include the following things:

  • A detailed description of the problem you are facing.
  • If it is related to software/hardware malfunctioning please include the windows event files.
  • If it is related to enVigil and logging, please include the logfiles for at least the previous two months in a zipped archive as well as the enVigilConfigs folder.

Including these in your initial email will help you get a much faster response and resolution to your problem.
